1. 如何购买短剧? / How to purchase dramas?

您需要在 App 内注册并登录,才能购买短剧。目前仅支持使用 Apple Pay(苹果支付)

You need to register and log in within the app to purchase short dramas. Only Apple Pay is supported.

2. 付款后可以退款吗? / Can I get a refund?

短剧付款成功后不支持退款,请在购买前确认内容。

No refunds are supported once payment is completed. Please confirm before purchasing.

3. 已购买短剧支持哪些设备观看? / Can I watch on multiple devices?

购买内容绑定于您的账号,支持多设备观看。只需在其他设备登录相同账号即可。

Purchased dramas are tied to your account and can be viewed on multiple devices by logging in with the same account.

4. 无法观看已购买内容怎么办? / What if I can’t watch purchased dramas?

请确认已登录的是购买账号。如仍无法播放,请重启App或检查网络。如仍有问题,请联系我们。

Make sure you’re logged in with the correct account. Try restarting the app or checking your connection. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us.
